Good news! In Portuguese, you don't need to learn complex endings to talk about the future right now. Native speakers use a "shortcut" called the Near Future (Futuro Próximo) almost all the time.

The Formula: It works exactly like in English ("I am going to eat"). You just need the verb IR (to go) in the present tense + the Main Verb.

Tip: You just need to memorize the conjugation of "IR". The second verb never changes!
